Oina helps you put together an amateur football match, join someone else's and find a pitch. These are the rules it works by. They are short, and we tried to write them the way things actually work. By using Oina, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Who is behind Oina
The service is provided by ИП FPFVFN, IIN 950113351472. Questions, complaints and suggestions go to hello@oina.futbol.
2. Your account
- you can use Oina from the age of 16;
- use your real name and your own photo: that is how the people you are going to play with recognise you in the line-up;
- one person, one account. Never share the sign-in code from an email or WhatsApp: you are responsible for what is done from your account;
- you can delete your account yourself — how to do it is explained in the Privacy Policy.
3. Matches
A match is created and run by its organizer — a person, not Oina. The organizer is responsible for the pitch, the time, the line-up and order during the game. By signing up, you make an arrangement with the organizer and the other players; Oina is where that arrangement is recorded.
- if you can't come, drop out in advance so that someone else can take your spot. The rules of the game itself are on the page of every upcoming match;
- after the game, the organizer marks who showed up. This is visible on the player card, and others use it to decide whether to invite you again;
- if you saved a spot for a friend, you are responsible for them;
- the organizer may cancel a match — everyone signed up will be notified.
4. Money
No money passes through Oina, and we take no commission. The match fee is paid to the organizer directly — using the payment details on the match page or however you agree. Refunds and payment disputes are settled with the organizer. A pitch booking is paid to the venue.
5. Pitch bookings
- a booking made through Oina is confirmed immediately; you can cancel it in “My bookings” before it starts;
- the price, terms and on-site rules (footwear, time, conduct) are set by the venue, and questions about a booking are settled with the venue;
- information about venues — prices, photos, amenities — comes from the venues and from public sources, and it may be wrong. Check anything important with the venue.
6. Health and safety
Football is a contact sport. You play at your own risk and decide for yourself whether your health allows it. Oina does not run matches or manage venues, so it is not responsible for injuries, lost belongings or incidents during a game or at a venue.
7. What you must not do
- pretend to be someone else, or upload other people's or indecent photos;
- insult, threaten or harass other players;
- create matches and bookings that will not happen, or sign up with no intention of coming;
- send advertising or spam, collect other people's data, or interfere with the service.
8. What we may do
We may remove anything that breaks these rules, and restrict or delete an account — for serious violations, without warning. If someone is breaking the rules, write to hello@oina.futbol: who, where and what happened.
9. The service as it is
Oina is free for players. We do our best to keep everything working, but the service may be unavailable and a notification may not arrive. Check the time and place of a game on the match page, not only in notifications.
10. Changes and governing law
These rules may change — the version date is at the top of the page. We will announce significant changes in the service. Relations under these rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
